He's created a uniquely happy, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. A wonderful place to stay

Our stay here was amazing. Mr. Gerardo was able to meet us at 5 am to check us in as we were driving and took longer than expected to get there. He made sure we were comfortable and let us rest after we got there. He was so nice to my son who even cried once it was time to leave as he got super attached to him. We stayed there 3 nights and Mr. Gerardo made sure we had an amazing time there. We plan on coming back soon with the rest of my family, I know we will have an amazing experience once again.

The pool at the hotel was great for cooling down in the 30+ degrees heat. The proximity to a couple of restaurants and an OXXO store made the stay convenient. La Ropa beach was just a few minutes easy walk away.

Plus, the 24-hour security at the entrance gate gave me great peace of mind. The location is fantastic – super close to the Acapulco airport, as well as amazing dining and shopping options for some fun adventures outside. The beautifully manicured landscape was a feast for the eyes! And let’s not forget our wonderful host, Mr. Angel, who is always dedicated to enhancing the property. I can’t wait to return in the fall to the breathtaking “Hummingbird Acapulco”! It's going to be amazing!
