You get a small discount for being a guest. Unfortunately the pool was being fixed. However, the hotel granted us a day pass to other hotel so that my nephew could enjoy a pool. They were very kind and helpful. There is parking inside the installations and the area is very safe. The stay was perfect.

Ideally situated in the center of San Cristobal de las Casas, this hotel is less than 3 blocks from the city's main square and offers a variety of convenient amenities for the modern traveler. The staff was polite and helpful. My room (with garden view) was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy with enough sheets as it gets cool at night in SCDLC. Even at regular price, this place offers bang for your buck.
