All staff were professional and friendly and went out of their way to provide the best experience ever! We fell in love with the adorable Kiki the local hotel dog. Franzi was incredible and added a personal touch to your stay and always had a smile on her face. I have stayed in many hotels over my years of traveling and this hotel is simply THE BEST!

Everything went smoothly, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were varied. The place is quiet, and we had no disturbances at night. The shower room with an open roof was a unique experience. We highly recommend this place for its comfort and peaceful atmosphere!

Villa Rumassala Luxury Chalets Unawatuna mempunyai pusat kecergasan, taman dan teres matahari dengan kolam renang dan sarapan kontinental di Unawatuna. The facility is amazing and what makes the stay most comfortable and memorable are the staff who are very well mannered and kind , always ready to serve with a smile. The places to visit are very close by a short tuk tuk ride. The hotel arranged all transportation and without a doubt , will recommend this place. The rooms are cozy ,comfortable and very clean. Thank you Team Villa Rumasalla for making our stay memorable.

This might just be my favourite resort on the south coast of Sri Lanka. It was great value for money, the rooms were spacious and very clean. I slept amazingly during my stay as the bed was very comfortable. The manager and staff were friendly and very helpful with giving me recommendations and booking me tuktuks into town. I work online so the plus was the hotel had fast internet and good coffee. I’ll definitely be back at Terra.
