The hostel in itself is very cozy/clean and it was easy to meet people there that I ended up hiking Seoraksan national park with and drinking beers/ talking with in the evening. The owner of the hostel is very kind, sweet and helpful and he makes tasty sandwiches for breakfast. I really enjoyed my time at the hostel and would recommend everyone who comes to sokcho to also stay there.

The location near the beach and near the Sokcho boardwalk is great. My single room was big enough for one person and very clean and comfortable.

My room was cozy and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and a mini bar refrigerator—perfect for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was fully stocked with essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and even toothpaste, which was a thoughtful touch. What really impressed me was the extra convenience of having access to a secure locker outside the premises, even after I had checked out. That kind of attention to guest comfort is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hostel. It’s great value for money, and the experience exceeded all my expectations.
