Terletak di Sado, ホステルたつみや mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres, dan WiFi percuma. Very new and clean, dorm bed was comfortable and warm. Staff spoke some English and were super friendly. They provided parking at the cafe across the street when I told them I was renting a scooter. You can use the kitchen to store food in the fridge and prepare meals - cutlery and pots/pans are included. The hostel is a 30 minute bus ride from Ryotsu Port and is walking distance to a supermarket and the beach.

Terletak 24km dari Gala Yuzawa Snow Resort, Noka Minshuku Sanzen menawarkan taman, teres dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan balkoni dan WiFi percuma. This place is magical. We've been to Japan a few times and this was one of our favourite stays ever. We stayed in the beautifully restored guest house and enjoyed an amazing Japanese breakfast in the main house every morning. The owners are a wonderful and incredibly generous family, who went above and beyond and even drove us to local restaurants and a great onsen. As we didn't have a car, we went on a hugely enjoyable tour of the Echigo-Tsumari Art Field with the lovely and very knowledgable Nobu. Huge thanks to Nobu and her family for looking after us and making us feel so welcome.

Classic charming pension with the most friendly owners! The private onsen across the street is incredible, I had it to myself every night, and there is an option for breakfast. The room was perfect for two of us, and Papa was so kind to drive us to and from the Myokokogen station and the mountains, and also on some errands which was so kind. It feels like you are stepping into a place that can’t be created, a piece of personality.

Offering a terrace and hot spring bath, Maruyama Onsen Kojyokan is situated in Minami Uonuma, 2 km from Maiko Snow Resort. Free private parking is available on site. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us in every aspect - picking us up and dropping us off at the train station, calling a taxi for us, etc. Also love that they have different pillow materials and varying degrees of softness/firmness for you to choose from (first come first serve), ensuring a good nights sleep.

Yuzawa Grand Hotel is within a 2-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa Train Station and the Sake Museum. It offers 3 public baths, a massage service and free parking on site. Location was great and they had all the facilities you’d need, including onsite ski rental. The breakfast was wonderful everyday and having the option of the public onsen or booking in a private onsen was a real bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
