We loved to walk on tatami everywhere. Osen facility was incredible with an amazing view. Breakfast was really generous with a lot of choices.

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths. Best location we stayed at in a 2 week holiday in Japan. The other hotels we used were all conventional ones and we wanted to stay in at least on Ryokan and chose this one. The location is perfect, really close to Zenkoji Temple which is the most historic area in Nagano, with lots of really nice shops to explore. The room was perfect and we really enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast

We had an amazing time! The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything is so clean and well kept, the staff is so friendly, welcoming and helpful and there is a wonderful sense of community among those staying there. The beds were also some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced at an accommodation.

A beautifully renovated Ho(s)tel in Hakuba. It was very cozy & nice to meet some people around the firepit with some beers. Chef's great and the hospitality of the people, out of this world. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the owner cooks amazing food and took excellent care of us. He even showed us around town as we didn’t have a car, told us a bit about the towns history and was kind enough to take us to the train station when we left. 10/10 will be coming back if I get the chance!

Ties Camp Ground Nagiso mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma di Nagiso, 7.3km dari Kotoku-ji Temple. Tetamu juga boleh berehat di taman. Lovely camp, very well organized, we loved the evening/night we spend there. Highly recommended.

Our room was very large, new and had all the right facilities, kitchen etc. I really liked the onsen of the hotel, and the breakfast was excellent. Snooker table was a cool addition. Staff was super kind and helpful. 15 min. drive from a ski park, 20 min. from Karuizawa city center.

Everything was great! It felt like you had your own room while visiting grandma's house. The traditional Japanese style house was very comfortable and cozy and it was a great place to rest after a long day out. All the basic necessities were available, and there was even a complimentary ticket to the onsen nearby. The host lady was very nice and caring, always ready to help if you needed something. Location was also great, a short walk from the nearby train/bus station terminal to get to wherever you need. There is also a convenience store if you need to get snacks, and if you're hungry the host also runs a local Snack Bar Kitchen that you can order food from! Will definitely stay here again when i return!
