Breakfast was delicious and featured a mix of Japanese and western style food. Staff was amazing and very helpful and spoke excellent English. One of the most pleasant hotels I’ve ever been too! Would come again !!

The hotel very clean and modern very comfortable to stay at, we had an issue with our hair dryer and they borrow us a straightener we asked for advice to buy some stuff and the reception team provide us with many 😍 Miss.Yamaga was one of the best employees she helped us so many times and she helped us to book a car to drive us to the airport, Mr.Su as well he helped us for some stuff we asked for related to our laggage. Everyone in the hotel was nice and kind the product furniture atmosphere 100% satisfied

Had washing machine, kitchen stove, microwave etc. Good place to stay. I would definitely choose this place to stay again if visit shirahama again. The counter staff is friendly and polite, able to converse in basic english. Like the tatami bed very much. The blanket so comfy.
