Boasting a spa and wellness centre, Hotel Emion Sapporo is situated in Sapporo in the Hokkaido region, 450 metres from Sapporo Station and 13 km from Shin-Sapporo Station. Clean rooms, well maintained property. Breakfast buffet had a lot of selection. The property is about 9 minute walk from JR Sapporo station which is very convenient. The onsen was very nice but can be crowded in the evenings.

The staff were absolutely incredible; we had to have our bags shipped down to Osaka due to smaller stops in Tokyo and Mt Fuji (too short to be able to guarantee the bags would arrive on time) which is a crazy distance. The ladies at the Information Centre were able to explain the process for this and even drew us a map to get to the shuttle bus to the train station and encouraged us to take a jacket and do a practice walk the night before. The tour we booked was also fantastic, and the food and local beer was great too. The room was incredible; it was so affordable for the space you're given and relaxing in the onsen overlooking the ballpark was an unforgettable experience, they even have snacks and a bar! Everyone we came across was so lovely, even other people staying were interested to hear about our trip as it's not a common place to find foreigners.

Dinner and breakfast were amazing both French and Japanese. We are vegetarian so chef prepared special meals for us. The best rooms are in floors 3 and 4 where you have open view of the lake. We don’t recommend taking the deluxe rooms as there are only 2, and you might end up in the second floor with partial view of the lake.

The space is very big.The host provided welcome noodles which is delicious. The host is very kind and helpful. We had a lost item and the host helped to send to my next hotel. We feel very grateful. Lots of deers around this zone at night. Very cute. need to drive carefully in case of hit those deers
