It was my first time staying in this hotel and I was very impressed with the room, the location, the facilities, and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I had a non refundable booking, and my flight got canceled! but the hotel staff Marwan reached out to me, and he was kind enough to allow me to use my old booking for the next day. This is a real Jordanian hospitality! I will not think twice to stay in the same hotel next time I visit Amman.

It was the perfect stay, a very comfy hotel and professional, helpful and friendly staff, from the room service to the cleaners to the receptionists, Dhia and Zen were very helpful throughout the stay, cannot complain..

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right in downtown near the citadel and the souq. It was very comfortable and they offered a good breakfast. I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was impecable: the rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the experience overall was incredible. The value for the price is exceptional, highly recommended.

Carob Hostel mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan bar di Amman. Menawarkan khidmat bilik, tempat penginapan ini juga menyediakan tetamu dengan barbeku. The staff was great, really friendly and open to help, every night they have different activities for the guests. (Saludos a Manu) The rooms were good, comfy beds and the toilets were always clean. The hostel is about 25 min walking to the Jett bus station in Abdali, around 15-20 min to the Roman Theater and around 15 min to the Citadel, but if you prefer to take a taxi the prices from the hostel are good since it's near the center. I really enjoyed my time there:)

Great facilities, very comfortable bed, it also had multiple common and working/relaxing areas. The food was also really good (had breakfast every day). Finally the hostel offered tours to the main sites, and every night organized some kind of activity (meal, movie, game, etc.)

A special thanks to Mahmoud, whose outstanding management and dedication made my experience even more memorable. His attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile ensured that everything was perfect. Whether it was recommendations, assistance, or just a friendly chat, Mahmoud made all the difference. I highly recommend Shams Al-Weibdeh to anyone visiting Amman.

Mr. Moataz at the reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, assisting me efficiently with my reservation modification. I will definitely return for another stay.
