The room was spacious, modern and super clean, well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Instructions for check-in were clear and sent in advance. It was easy to find. There were a few parking places and nice outside area with trees and a terrace. The supermarket with wide choice of vegetables and fruits was nearby. The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and EUR Magliana Metro Station is 24 km away. This property was really easy to get to from the airport and easy to get into Rome from. Just 7 minutes from the airport. It was spacious ,comfortable and clean . The beds and even the sofa bed were really comfortable. Lots of towels and toiletries. There was a coffee machine and lots of coffee pods, herbal teas and snacks for us.Just fabulous. But the best thing of all was the host Rossy and her son Simone. Rossy was absolutely exceptional. From the communication before we arrived, to the information and help she gave us when we arrived. She was exceptionally helpful and lovely. We had a problem with our rental car and she got her son to take us back into the airport the next day to sort it out. When we texted her with a question she replied promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She really cares about her guests and we felt valued and looked after. I cannot speak highly enough of her. We will never forget her kindness.

New House is an excellent place to stay if you need to be close to the airport but still away from the noise and close to restaurants and the beach. The best part about the place is the host. I needed somewhere to stay near the airport for flight following day. Fisherman’s House perfectly situated and even better the wonderful host picked me up from the airport/railway terminal on arrival and drove me back to the airport following day for very reasonable cost. Also he offered advice on where to get best pizza - shame I’d come with food! Highly recommended for anyone looking for accommodation near the airport.

With inner courtyard views, this accommodation provides a patio. Every room comes with a balcony with views of the city. Great central location in this bustling port town. The hosts were very welcoming and communication throughout was excellent. The accommodation is stylish and luxurious with lots of high-tech facilities. I highly recommend it.

Boasting a terrace, Guest House al porto is situated in Civitavecchia in the Lazio region, 1.9 km from Il Pirgo Beach. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site. The guest house has family rooms. It was immaculate and the most comfortable bed. The host Monia is excellent. So friendly and willing to assist with everything. I can’t fault it. Would be hard to find if you weren’t taken there. Excellent position if you are pre or post cruise.

My stay at the guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! Nicola and Eliana were exceptional hosts whose warm hospitality made my visit truly special. Their kindness and attention ensured I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my entire stay. The breakfast provided was superb—fresh, delicious, and of very high quality. The guesthouse itself was charming, cozy, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the genuine, welcoming atmosphere, which made my experience memorable. My only regret is that I didn't have time to visit the restaurant Nicola recommended. If I return to Civitavecchia, I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 24 km from EUR Magliana Metro Station. The host Cristiana was the most helpful and responsive host we have encountered in a long time. She arranged for Raffaelle to pick us up from the Rome Train Station in late afternoon and to take us to the airport few days later at 4 am. Raffaelle was very helpful and took care of our luggage from the train station to the apartment and then to the airport. Cristiana responded to our questions within 15 minutes was kind enough to provide us with a list of services near the apartment (stores and restaurants). We highly recommend Cristiana and Rafael for their great service and for the beautiful apartment full of everything we wanted for our stay.
