We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly recommend this first floor apartment. It is in an ideal location just off the Piazza Santa Margherita in the old town and only a short walk to shops and restaurants. It's well designed, immaculately clean and well equipped and has a large terrace for outdoor dining. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are cool in hot weather. Breakfast vouchers are provided for coffee and croissants at 3 local bars. We enjoyed the Bar Tropical just round the corner. Communication was excellent throughout our stay and our hosts Francesca and Mariassunta were amazing, very helpful and friendly, we will certainly return.

A huge apartment in an area full of new villas. Almost all the rooms had balconies where we’ve enjoyed the sunset and shared a few glasses of wine. Plenty of space to share with our friends. On-premises parking spaces, which is a big plus. Very clean and modern. The host met us and offered us all the necessary information and was very polite.

We were on the way to FCO to fly out to JFK and decided to visit L'Aquila the day before. It was very nice, quiet, clean place in the excellent location. There were fruits, bottle of water, milk, fruit drinks in the fridge & ice pops in the freezer! What a surprise & welcoming gesture! We loved L'Aquila and will come back to explore the area. The apartment is brand new with everything that is essential to feel comfortable and more! The bed is fantastic. The location is superb, a minute from the Duomo and all things to see in the town. The view is beautiful from every window. The entire apartment is done with great taste and with the traveler's need in mind. Clean, clean clean. I love the towels too. Very spacious and bright. I loved opening all the windows in the morning and taking in the fresh air and the sunrise. Even enjoyed the little office space where I sent my emails from and the little balcony to rest.

Andrea was a fabulous host from checking in and showing us the facilities and giving us a lot of good tips on what to see and places to eat. He gave us the choice of rooms as we were the only guests that evening and we chose the front room. He did warn us it was the noisiest though as it faced the street but we preferred to have the bathroom inside the room. The other rooms have a bathroom across the corridor which is not shared but for convenience we chose the room with the bathroom inside. The property is well situated and close to all attractions. We got a park right outside and did drive to a couple of places but that was more to save time as we checked in quite late after a long drive. The property was clean and comfortable. The shower was quite large by Italian standards and lovely and hot with great water pressure.

B&B La casa dei nonni Assergi mempunyai pemandangan taman, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma di Assergi, 27km dari Campo Imperatore. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed at! We were there as a group of 7 young people and as you can imagine, we were very messy and loud, but the owners were very kind and friendly and didn't have problem with that. They cleaned the rooms everyday, even with the whole mess we were leaving after us. The breakfast had everything we needed and they were fine with any changes in the time to be served. I would definetly come back! Thank you for everythig!
