Vicolo Fiore Affittacamere II terletak di Matera, 8-minit berjalan kaki dari Palombaro Lungo dan 700m dari Gereja San Pietro Caveoso. Incredible stay. We imagined it as an apartment but it is actually a bigger accommodation with many rooms. Everything is impeccable, complementary coffee, there is a mini bar (of additional charge, but not more expensive than supermarkets), bathroom is heaven and a bed almost as comfortable as the one we have at home. The place is really quiet, homey and private, not to mention super safe since they have a very good locking system. It is easy to park in the street, forget about being theft scared, the neighborhood is casual and the cars are safe out in the street, for sure. Now, if you are not comfortable with leaving the car in the street, there is a private parking lot very close to the accommodation and it costs 10€ per day. Lastly, the staff is really kind and helpful and the young woman at the reception speaks great English! We saw people commenting on how the breakfast bar is far away, but honestly it is just down the corner and the food is what they usually serve for breakfast, pastry and coffee, which really was enough, in my opinion. If you are still hungry or crave something savory, you can buy yourself some mini pizzas or panini right there in the bar.

The host is incredibly helpful, we checked in late and he gave me a very detailed instructions to let us in and it was very smooth, and we also checked out early which is also no problem. The view is amazing, you can see the main church thru the balcony especially at night. We had a short stay but a memorable one.

Everything was great, the room was clean and cozy and although not very big you have everything you need. There is also a shared kitchen and a roof terrace that we liked aswell. And we were so happy to find the umbrellas there that served us when it started heavily raining 😉😉 great service!

Located in Matera, a 3-minute walk from Matera Cathedral, La Casa di Ele offers rooms with city views. This property is set a short distance from attractions such as Tramontano Castle. Absolutely amazing place. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast, the views, everything was breathtaking. Hope I can return one day

Casa Blanca Matera offers accommodation in Matera, at walking distance from the Sassi di Matera area, a UNESCO World Heritage site. WiFi is free throughout. The best breakfast during our 2 weeks in Italy. Room was perfect and window opened to a private courtyard if you wanted fresh air at night. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for reaching Matera in a 10 minute walk.
