An epitome of grandeur, Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata, is the Hallmark of Urban Hospitality. As soon as you enter, you’re engulfed with peace and calm. We were wonderfully received by the staff, which had prepared a couple small surprises for our honeymoon. We really enjoyed the pool area, breakfast and gym. The hotel is really close to the airport but the planes didnt bother us at all. There is also a big mall next to it with lots of restaurants, a cinema, and shops. Great place to relax for a few days!

Laxmi mam was an outstanding host, always helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless, with housekeeping taking care of them daily. Cleanliness - excellent. The amenities provided in the room were adequate. The location was convenient. Residential area, but quiet and peaceful.. Several food joints in the near vicinity.Awesome experience. Really good. Comfortable stay. Excellent hospitality . Calm area.Five stars all the way!

The hosts were amazing and hospitable. They have their own drivers, who'll take you wherever you want. Another great thing about the place is the food. Most of what they fed us was homegrown. There is no room heater but all the beds are equipped with electric blankets. We were fortunate to go there on a great time of the year when there is no snow or rain. The whole time weather was sunny during day time. They have a small but wonderful garden. You can treat yourself with great garden view first thing in the morning. Another neat little detail that I have to add is that you can get a clear view of the Kanchenjunga from the garden if the weather is clear.
