If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

It’s been beautifully designed with traditional Indonesian straw roof. The pristine small beach is only 50 meters away, the staff are wonderful people with real empathy and and professionalism. The food is also great. If you’re either living in nearby Singapore of visiting for business you really must spent some time in this resort to destress. They also have a highly recommended spa by the river. What’s not to like?

Breakfast was an exceptional spread from local to western flavors. The grounds were immaculate and easy to navigate with bikes, walking, or buggies. The offerings for activities were diverse and fun. All of the attendants were pleasant and helpful.

Terletak di Teluk Bakau, Sadi Beach House mempunyai kolam renang luaran, taman, restoran, dan WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat penginapan. We had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our mom’s birthday at this resort. From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

We spent 6 days at the Kelong Trekora Resort and it was the most beautiful on the whole island. The green garden, the pool and the houses were simply fantastic 😊. Linda and Erix were always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Erix served ginger tea and wonderful food and Linda organized a scooter for us without any complications. We felt completely at home and would like to say a big thank you to Linda and Erix 🙏.

Exceptionally good staffs, very good food. its real adventure resort for kids with Canoeing, Rock climbing, flying fox, coconut tree climbing, fall from boat in the sea with net protection, volleyball, football. kids were fully enjoying all outdoor activities. They managed to survive days without TV & WIFI. Surrounded by tress so expect small insects.

We really enjoyed our stay, the mangrove sea view rooms are really spacious and well put, very comfortable beds and all you need for your stay. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the hotel provides all the necessary facilities.
