The staff were exceptional.. soo friendly, accommodating and kind to each other and guests. I learnt so much about Balinese culture from them! Breakfast was delicious with different cuisines from parts of the world served on a daily basis. The spa was amazing, I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be back!

I had issued with a ticket I purchased online and they went out of the way to help me even tough it had nothing to do with my stay. You are close to everything but it is quiet.
