Personal was very lovely and welcoming! Breakfast where we were able to order different kind of dishes that was included in price. Spa zona that you can book - it had jacuzzi and sauna. Comfortable beds that wasn't too soft. Very polished and quite big rooms comparing others. Terrace on the roof for ordering sparkling drinks or coffee. Relaxing evenings there! Rooms were very tidy and you cam feel that hotel is new. Bathroom was spectacular in it's look and design. Public transport to city centre is very close by and you don't need to call taxi. Location of the hotel was also great - it was in front of shopping mall that had many useful things to buy.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and all the amenities you could wish for. Breakfast was excellent with tons to choose from and mimosas to finish off a delicious breakfast 🥰 All the hotel staff very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect . Good location. We caught the Flixibus from Spiit to Markarska bus station and walked about 15 minutes. Good breakfast. Good variety of fruits, nuts, yogurts as well as hot options. Clean rooms. Lovely views. A downhill walk to the bars and restaurants. Would stay here again if we go to Makarska again. It was a shame we didn't get chance to use the pool as it looked lovely but it was a bit cloudy and windy on the days we stopped here. Did not spoil our stay though.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Bel Residence is located 450 metres from Trstenik Beach and 900 metres from Firule Beach in Split. The staff is absolutely lovely (special mention to the property manager ☺️). The hotel is new and very nice. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The pool area is great for relaxing and refreshing. Everything is pristine clean. The hotel is walking distance from a really nice marina with some shops and restaurants, and the beach is not far from there. We had overall a really lovely stay.
