The facility was nicely finished - a small house-hotel with new finishings completed at a good standard. The staff were very friendly. They recommended a local restaurant and were welcoming of our dog. They were also happy to reconfigure the beds to meet our needs. The room was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave, and sink. The location was only a block from the edge of town and fields that looked out across a lake and some mountains. Also within walking distance is the memorial to the Armenian genocide (worth the short walk).

The owner was also super nice and accommodating!

We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special spot to relax or escape from everyday life. We sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to stay here again in the future — it was an absolute pleasure!
