We booked last minute en route to Calais and were warmly welcomed by Rene, the new owner. The Manoir is a truly beautiful building with many original features and lots of outdoor seating options. There is even a small outdoor swimming pool. Our room had a large and extremely comfortable bed and blackout blinds so we slept really well. Rene prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning. We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend.

A really novel way to treat guests which was highly appreciated. The location is central, yet it is very quiet, fantastic for sleeping well at night. My French is very poor, yet communication was remarkably easy. The home cooked dinners were absolutely fantastic. I was here for work purposes and will return in the future if I return in the area for work. I recommend this B&B to anyone traveling in the area. Or even just passing through and needing a relaxing place to stay for only one night.
