And the hot water is hot and sustained.

Toilet seat cover broken. Closet needs working hangers. It was in a Islamic neighborhood and early mourning blaring of Islamic call to prayer and at 1800 too. There is no way by car, I had to lug everything some distance from my car. Price was real cheap though...
