The apartment is very comfortable, excellently designed and laid out and we wish we could have extended our stay. We really want to return soon. The kitchen is set up really well. Everything is new - in an 18th century building! Although we received the door code in advance, the host still met us and showed us round which we really appreciated. They went out of their way to assist us as well. We loved the fact that there was fresh coffee here. 5 star all the way.

What makes Hotel Weingewolbe so incredibly wonderful is the owner, Stephanie. It is almost magical how she operates this hotel. With what appears to be almost no effort, she seems to have the ability to make everything perfect. The best part is the breakfast. The first day we ate in the open courtyard and the second day we had breakfast in the beautiful garden. The food is plentiful, but the best things are her homemade fig jam and her daughter's homemade chocolate cake. We had two wonderful days in a tranquil surrounding that we will never forget.
