The staff were very responsive and friendly. We asked for coffee in our room twice and once for some towels, and they were always accommodating. The hotel is in a really good location, only minutes on foot away from Krupowki street, and outside one can find plenty of taxis parked right adjacent to the property. Breakfast was also good
