Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). We had an incredible stay. and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing front desk team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The receptionists, Belle, Juliya, Vivi, Lily, and Joey, were all outstanding – professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made check-in a breeze, gave us great recommendations for things to do around town, and were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made our experience memorable. Whether it was directions, extra amenities, or just a friendly chat, this team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable – we'll definitely be back!

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

I had such a wonderful time there! The hotel is perfectly located, offering excellent food in its restaurant and many great dining options nearby. What stood out the most was the staff — exceptionally kind and friendly, they really made me feel at home.

成都市の中心部にあるGongxili - Xige Hotel ---8mins walk from Tonghuimen metro station, near Tianfu square, close by culture park and Sichuan opera house, English speaking service,speaking service, local... Everything. For the money this place is absolutely perfect. The rooms are new, clean, spacious with a good shower and a disco toilet :) it's quite close to restaurants and the metro. They even did our laundry for free and it was done on the same day.
