The ground staff were exceptional, considering my Mandarin is poor. Special mention to Alyona and Jonathan for assisting with all my day-to-day queries including places to visit, transportation options etc. The hotel is in close proximity to two metro lines if you are keen to use public transport like me. Please note: the English address for hotel at times can mislead you to a different location (within walking distance)depending on what app you are using for navigation. Just confirm both the English and Mandarin addresses are taking you to the same spot before using it. Mandarin always took me to the correct spot (eg: when using Didi or Apple Maps).

The gorgeous Guangzhou Langham Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Pazhou International Exhibition Centre. There was a wide variety to choose from and I having specific dietary needs was assisted by the staff quiet easily.

We can have never seen a better service and hotel in this level. We recommend everyone to have at least 1 night and see for themselves.

Wonderful hotel, 10/10 for location, rooms and amenities (starting from light control to Dyson hairdryer available), 11/10 for staff. There even one person who spoke pretty decent Russian. I would definitely recommend this one over the hotels in close proximity.
