Located along the historic Qintai Path, Chengdu Wenjun Mansion Hotel (Kuanzhai Xiangzi Branch) is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, a 5-minute walk from Tonghuimen Subway Station (Line 2). Staff was excellent, spoke English well and helped us out with everything we asked for. It's a beautiful spot on a renovated traditional street, but still a short walk to the metro (for easy access to taikoo li, Tianfu, train stations) and walking distance from kuanzhai. Make sure you have some tea in the park next door. Airport pickup was seemless. We also enjoyed the breakfast wontons.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

We had a transit stop at this hotel. This is a transit airport and therefore the hotel is located in a village, this is a suburb of ChengDu(TFU), very far from a big city. However, this is even more interesting and shorter way than if it were a big city. Immediately after booking, the hotel owner contacted us and offered a free transfer to the hotel and back. The hotel manager, who is also the co-owner, met us 20 minutes after the call. Very responsive and extremely friendly young man tried to speak English and when necessary we used Google translator. The road took about 20 minutes along a very interesting and exciting route through a small village. The room was wonderful and filled with everything you need to get a good night's sleep and take a shower. Rooms are very quiet with a view of the jungle and very quiet new air conditioners. The owner was extremely caring and brought us a rich breakfast for a minimal surcharge. I felt like I had a cold and the owner even took me to the local doctor's office. This was a very special act of care. I definitely recommend this hotel for any transit passengers!

We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

Niccolo Chengdu terletak hanya 7 minit berjalan kaki dari stesen metro Chunxi Road. Ia mempunyai sebuah pusat kecergasan dan 2 restoran. WiFi percuma disediakan di semua kawasan. The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
