First and foremost, I was received by the most welcoming and accomodating staff, Joanna and Remy (not sure if I spelled those correctly). I found them very helpful and so willing to make sure any requests or inquiries were take care of. I absolutely loved the space, the ambience, the comfort, the cleanliness, the calm and peace, the ease of access to and from property. The breakfast was stellar, everything was fresh and the variety and selection superb. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, so much so I went on a hunt through Ghent to find a retail store which sold the brand and scent.

Boutique hotel 1898 The Post offers accommodation in an iconic, historical building in the heart of Ghent. It is situated in the former post office. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location in the downtown historical building is simply wonderful, offering a unique and charming atmosphere. The service provided was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the distinctive character of the hotel. The breakfast and cocktail bar come highly recommended, contributing to an overall positive stay.

Maison Willem Tell is set in Ghent. Ghent Christmas Market is 800 metres from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. All units have a seating area. Very comfy bed in a huge room, and Mathieu, the host, was super nice and helpful. Also, it was a very nice location, just a block from the tram to the city center. Would definitely recommend it!

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable and soft bed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding. Its location is perfect for spending time near the river or in town, just a few minutes' walk.

We had an absolute amazing time: The room was amazing, the location is perfect and the staff is super nice! We spent a couple of nights there on our honeymoon and if we get back again to Ghent, this hotel will be our go-to!
