The place was so warm and it had a nice atmosphere. Big balcony overlooking to the old city and strategic location for the tourists. Nearby a lot of shops and easy acces to the main streets. It was a pleasure for us to stay there. The staff was really nice and polite.

We stayed there for three nights with my girlfriend. Overall, it was a nice place, and I recommend it if you are visiting Brussels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During the first hours of our stay, we heard very strange and loud noises from the cooling system in our room. We reported this to reception, and the staff immediately took action by changing our room and even upgrading it to a better one. The neighborhood is very nice, and it is within walking distance (10 to 20 minutes) of almost all major tourist attractions in Brussels. The room itself was quite spacious and tidy, with a safe, and the cooling system was very effective. However, I think an extra wardrobe would have been really nice, as there wasn’t enough space for the clothes of two people. Also, the bed was relatively small compared with the size of the room (and compared with our first room). But overall, it was a good experience, and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was really clean and very spacious, with a great bathroom. There was a coffee machine and a kettle in the room which was very handy. The garden was so cosy that we spent a lot of time there just relaxing and listening to the birds in the city centre. The owner was very friendly and helpful but in a discrete way that made us feel welcomed. Very close metro. Also the parking was convinient.
