The people are welcoming and help you easily eith everything :-)

The resort has a perfect location with beautiful views, very clean rooms, delicious food, and great staff. The only small inconvenience was that the room was a bit cold at night, but overall I highly recommend this place

Being right in front on lake Sevan was serene, and the cabin felt like home, I was sad we didn't stay longer just to sit out on the porch more.

The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. Note: There is restaurant in the same hotel providing very nice food like pasta and others with cheap prices. Thanks Alots Osama Abdu

Menawarkan pemandangan gunung, Sargsyan ECO house di Sevan menawarkan penginapan, taman, teres dan restoran. WiFi percuma ditawarkan. Very quite location. We slept like a baby. A beautiful view into the nature while having a local fresh dinner and breakfast. We relly enjoyed the stopover here.

Sevan city was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

Very welcoming host family, enenthough they do not speak english, you can feel that you are loved as a guest and welcomed. The room was a bit cold first when we arrived, but the quilt was warm, as we had a very good sleep.
