The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.

A taxi to Sevan city or the peninsula is 15 minutes and easy to catch one through yandex. It is an amazing stay for the price.
