Etienne and his team made us feel very welcomed and our game drives were super special and adventurous. No rush, no fixed times, no big groupes, very individual and special. Amazing experience!! It was a totally wonderful package of stay (comfortable warm beds, clean rooms), excellent food (we went as a family of 4 and 3 were vegetarians, all efforts were put in to providing them with specially curated vegetarian meals), game drives!! Amazing drive experience with very knowledgeable ranger!! He put in so much effort to show us maximum wild life. The morning coffee with giraffes is something we will remember for lifetime. Thanks Rob for this lifetime memorable experience.

We had three fantastic days at Amakhala Game Reserve, Bush Lodge. The tents were very comfortable and the food very good. The game drives were amazing. Our game driver Jono did a super job. very enthusiastic, very knowledgeable information given during the drives and he was fantastic at spotting the animals and very dedicated to making sure we saw as much and varied as possible.

Offering an intimate Big 5 safari experience, Quatermain's 1920's Safari Camp features a boma bonfire and BBQ facilities. It is located in the Amakhala Game Reserve.

Unpretentious, private, a real pleasure to be there. The staff were helpful, professional and friendly, our Ranger Ryan was excellent and we saw an unexpectedly large amount of game.

The lodge is beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need as for example a fan for cooling and a heater and extra blankets. The lodge is equipped with a double bed, a working desk, a wardrobe, a kitchen and a bathroom. We especially liked the incredible view from the terrace. Ingrid was an amazing host, she was very caring and helpful. She booked great tours in the reserves around the area for us.

It was amazing all through and through. The lodge felt very private, the staff were very friendly, the drives were spectacular, and the food was great. Special shout out to our ranger, Martin, who was very knowledgeable and his passion was contagious.
