Staff had exceptional customer service, safety measures, housekeeping on top of things, food was great, the free laundry was so helpful, nice workout rooms, parking, lobby lounge are nice and a vibe.     Our first time staying at SpringHill Suites Southfield and the location and hotel was great. The hotel and our room was clean and the staff was attentive, also the complimentary hot breakfast selection and parking was nice (other good food options also close by). We would easily stay at this hotel again.
