    Spacious parking lot. Wonderful room. I would like to have been able to open the window and hear the waves. But considering the level of humidity, I understand why they don't allow it. And safety reasons of course. Also the balcony could be separated between rooms and create a nice sitting space. Pack light because there's no elevator. 😅😅 I definitely recommend the place! It's beautiful, quiet, clean and the staff is great.

    The location is excellent: close to all beach access roads and it’s very easy to find (we came through the Aransas ferry landing). The outside aesthetic is island style, the color of the building & reception area feels welcoming. The swimming pool (did not utilize) looks nice. Parking lot is ample (right outside your door if you are on the first floor) and it’s free. The room looks nicely decorated. WiFi is reliable. Bed is comfortable.

    parking lot was clean ice machine worked, breakfast was fresh and hot. more options this time. Ladies gave towels when asked services prompt clean room no sand on floors beds were clean, the maids are doing great a few months ago it wasn’t this clean they are stepping up there game here. my fourth time here
