Starting with location, it is a great choice to explore the city: one can easily walk to Millennium Park, Daley Plaza, to the starting point of the Architecture Boat tours, Michigan Av shopping mile, etc. There are also nice eateries in vicinity. The nearest bridge turned out to be an excellent location for traditional summer fireworks watching. We booked the Grand Corner King Room, and it was every penny worth. It was also one of the seldom times, when a window in skyscraper could be opened - even if only a small one, it provided for a breath of fresh air in otherwise well air-conditioned room. The design of the room was minimalist, but stylish, with a large and comfy bed and spacious ensuite bathroom. The staff was highly accommodative and welcoming. They brought us the kettle upon the first request and were overall quite attentive and friendly. The lobby is huge and nicely decorated. The restaurant, located on the ground floor serves decent food: we visited it only once for breakfast (to spend the vouchers one gets during the stay) and were quite satisfied with the quality of the offer.

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room amenities were great with a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a convenient desk. Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort. The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. I have paid in advance to booking.com and the person i talk to on the phone at the holiday inn on 73rd cicero chicago told me to contact booking.com because they we're notified July 11 but never contact me so where is my money if the hotel is closed for business. Help me understand this problem.

    The size of the room was excellent and it appeared to be somewhat newly remodeled. The large parking lot was great but the hotel was not full so I can’t say if the lot is big enough if the lot is full. The front desk lady was very pleasant and helpful.

    The motel provided outstanding value, with free parking. The location was excellent near the downtown attractions. It was very clean, there was a nice little balcony, there was a microwave and fridge and also there was a safety deposit box in the room. , Most importantly I felt very safe there. I felt our car was safe as well, in the parking lot. We were originally going to stay there for two days, and stay elsewhere for the rest of our trip, but we were so happy with the motel we decided to stay there for our entire trip.
