This is an exceptional hotel in the centre of the city with a subway 100meters from hotel. Customer Service was the best, nothing was a problem with complimentary snacks in the morning & afternoon & evening in the lobby!! Rooms were ultra modern & spacious! Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. They tried their best to help me with last minute changes. Room is impeccable, very good size for a family of 4 with young kids. Hotel is very comfortable for any family that is looking for space and big beds. It is about 7 mins walking distance to the nearest MRT station. Pretty new hotel. Facility and room is nice and clean. The restaurant hasn't opened yet when we stayed there so breakfast was sent to the room at the specified time we chose. Breakfast was very delicious and portions were good. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
