Where do I start? This hotel was so luxurious, way beyond our expectations. Its very new still. It had latest tvs, which is important for family and kids to be able to watch stuff on it. The staff were amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We cudnt give enough credit. The breakfast menu is also really nice. Definitely will return again.

This was our third stay at Monarch Hotel, and we will also choose Monarch next time we are in Pangasinan. The location is very central with easy access to the main locations in the area and with the Robinson Mall right across the street you have easy access to shopping, hairdresser, supermarket etc. Sam, Tiong, Angeline, Tin, Esco, Myles and probably a few more we forgot are all absolutely fantastic in making sure that our stays are super comfortable. We will always come back to Monarch.

Comfort = very quiet Location = it was very easy for us to go to places Value for money = definitely Hosts = friendly and polite staff (host can easily be contacted), customer service is great!! A/C works very well, extra fan and blanket in case we need it. We get provided with iron and ironing board (clean too) We love the hot shower, bathroom tiles very nice to look at, home decor makes you feel at home, nice garden outside, very homey.
