Airconditioning works well and it was during April so we need it due to the heat. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast is good and sufficient though needs more variety. Walking distance to lots of food and groceries. Beach is a 2-minute walk. Morning walk is rejuvenating. I still prefer Kota Beach compared to other beachfront. 5-minute tricycle ride from the wharf.
