Such a lovely new place that just opened a few weeks ago. It was even better than the pictures made it look. The host and staff were very kind, the breakfast fresh and tasty and the pool is cute for a quick dip to cool off on the heat. We would definitely come back!

Location is amazing. Close to everything. Easy to get bus anywhere, including the airport. But Uber is pretty cheap. I arrived in the middle of the night. It wasn't an issue. The host sent me check in details in advance and I got to my bed fine. Rooms are very comfortable, with locker space under the beds and padlocks available upon request. Laundry was done quickly and easily for a reasonable price. I didn't use the kitchen except to cut up some fruit I got from the market. The fridge has lots of space. Having drinking water to refill your bottle is great and saves so much plastic. The host is very kind and professional.

The staff is really helpful and nice, we felt well welcomed! The room was amazing - very comfortable bed, nice big TV, hot water, great AC++! Rooftop pool was clean and nice, really enjoyed it early in the morning and at night. Emplacement is amazing, next to Paseo Montejo and still easily walkable to the Plaza Grande. Our favorite coffee shop was just 5min away (Soco) and other great options too. Would go again without hesitation. There was not a ton of guests which made it extra relaxing

This place offers an exceptional service from the start until leaving the place (which you really don’t want). Receiving right after the order a super friendly E-Mail with all necessary information about the Check-in process. The Check-in was super flexible and very welcoming - I was could move into the hotel room earlier. All services during my stay where simply great and always much more then expected. Sorry for eating almost the complete breakfast cake but it was so sooooo good! Thank you Lorena - you are a perfect host.

Wonderful boutique hotel at a great location close to the center, but in a quiet neighbourhood. Nicely furnished rooms. The whole hotel is very stylish. The owner and receptionist were very kind and also gave us some useful tips on what to see on our way through Mexico. The breakfast was also very good. We would definitely recommend staying here.
