This was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is amazing, it is an oasis in the middle of the jungle. So quiet and peaceful yet very comfortable. Beautiful nature all around. Two pools, one in the sun and one in the shade. Also a free Mayan sauna. We had the villa which was amazingly decorated, water pressure very good. We received welcome drinks when arrived. You will have to eat at the hotels restaurant but it is very very good! Prizes are fair for the good quality and amount of food. Morning yoga so fun! And most importantly - the staff were absolutely fantastic and we felt so welcome and well taken care of. Iguana’s are btw a part of the crew. There is cenotes in the area you can walk to.

This place is exceptional! If you are in for staying in the jungle, out of the main tourist routes, it's perfect. Surrounded by nature, with great facilities and plenty of space, and only a short walk from the nearby town where you'll find authentic restaurants. I would certainly come back, even with kids.

Food was fantastic and the environment was beautiful. Lots of birds to watch in the morning while eating breakfast! The location is a little out of town which makes it nice and quiet, but you can bike or even walk if you’re not carrying luggage.

We stayed as a couple in the Adults only Hideaway section with Diamond Club service- and we literally pampered! We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! The hosts were superb - friendly and helpful. We stayed here after a long road trip around the Yucatan. It was a great way to decompress and enjoy a quiet area. We could have taken advantage of all the Bahia amenities but chose to enjoy the Country Club setting itself. We played a round of golf on the Par 3 course which was tricky but fun - especially with a family of coatis to greet us on the 5th! The bird and animal life on the estate is impressive as are all the amenities such as the restaurants and hotels. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious and we greatly appreciated the pool with a view! We made use of the fridge and were impressed with the microwave although were not sure how one could use it without utensils etc. The view over the water and jungle was lovely.
