The location is quite convenient to access from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. But the best part of our stay were the staff, who were very helpful and kind. They gave us a welcome fruit juice, arranged an airport transfer, and the next day a trip to Colombo train station.

A great hotel run by a lovely family. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk from the train station and close to the airport (about a 10 minute drive). A delicious breakfast was provided, and the couple even kindly gave me a mango from the tree in front of their home. I would highly recommend this place. Everything was great. We were met at the airport, the road to Neem Aura took no more than 10 minutes. The room was comfortable, clean bed linen, hot water, the room was equipped with air conditioning upon our arrival. Breakfast was ready by our time. Everything was delicious.
