I would come here again just to see her. The guesthouse is very comfortable, and you can choose to stay in either an old-style Japanese house or a modern house. Shiori-san will always make sure you're happy and plans amazing activities with the other guests staying at the guesthouse. This way, you experience Japanese culture in a unique way. Understated design elegance of the rooms; helpful staff and an amazing dinner/breakfast - we did splurge on the room and the dinner options and had the room with the hot tub/bath on the deck - it was lovely! Loved listening to the pounding surf.
