A very particular place! Absolutely new, it's run by its creators - the family lives there. The design is rather Scandinavian and minimalistic, but everything is in place and works fine. The breakfast was prepared by Lorenzo and his wife and it was so delicious, so homemade, so cute! The cookies are fantastic, simply perfect. The hosts even gave some cookies for us to go ) It was nice )

Everything was perfect. Nice and clean room and bathroom, beds and pillows great for sleeping. Breakfast was excellent, we had hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese and yogurt. And very good cappucino and apple strudel for desert. There were chocolade muffins as well.

    I was looking for a hotel not too far from Venice, closer to Polverara (where our friends live). It was absolutely necessary to have parking and allow for dogs. Agriturismo Villa Serena was a golden find for me. And a pleasant bonus is the breakfast included. Staff isn't fluent in English but they compensate completely with friendliness and overall hospitality. Me, my family and the dog loved the stay, would definitely come back if we ever choose to visit Venice again.
