    This is by far the best accommodation at this location! Close to the beach, parking available, small and peaceful boutique B&B, nice swimming pool, an amazing a la carte breakfast, fantastic room with lovely bed and a great bathroom and last not but least a phenomenal host, Fabrizio!     Incredible eye for detail in all aspects of the property. From the layout of the rooms to the external area, everything is wonderfully designed and executed. Fabrizio is a wonderful host. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Property is located a few minutes from Marzamemi. Parking within the property makes it very convenient. Pool area is very relaxing.

    Very comfortable bed. Best shower in last 10 days in Sicily! Great made to order breakfast. Fabrizio is a fantastic host. Location is few hundred meter from the sea. Within 10 minute drive from Marzamemi. Only 4 rooms so almost private service. Plenty of parking space. Fabrizio is always ready to give restaurant tips and to make reservations.

    Very nice place that is a short walk to the beach. Excellent communication with the owner and his parents who met us to let us in and provide the keys and instructions. The place was well equipped and comfortable. Private parking was a nice bonus.

    Everything was perfect. The photos don’t do this property justice. Very clean, fully air conditioned, equipped kitchen and very helpful owner, who recommended us plenty of places to visit. Very quiet area and plenty of privacy with private parking with the villa. 30 seconds walk from the beach and relaxing beach lidos/bars with panoramic views. Will definitely book again! Thanks Stefano, it has been an amazing stay.

    the location was amazing, very close to San Lorenzo beach with free parking and beach admission. the room was comfortable, and the pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it (we prefer the beach). Breakfast was sufficient enough for us, eggs made how we liked when asked. About a 15 minute drive to Noto and Marzamemi, with lots of restaurants and shopping seaside. a nice quiet resort In a good location.
