Very nice hosts, delicious breakfast served every morning. Rooms are cleaned every day. Beautiful and romantic interior of the house. Amazingly beautiful room, great location and very friendly staff. They even helped us with transport when the train drivers went on strike! Would gladly recommend to anybody who wants to experience a spacious room with extra facilities (jazucci, sauna), in the heart of Montecatini!

What was there not to like!!! The couple running this Tuscan Villa were simply outstanding, the breakfast included was delicious and they catered to your needs, providing restaurant and parking suggestions for towns and cities nearby. The villa was very well kept, the grounds along with the rooms were great. Each room has it's own little outdoor patio, perfect for sitting in the evening to enjoy a beverage. We had a busy schedule while at the villa, so I wish we had booked one more day to simply lounge around and enjoy the pool and sunbathing loungers. This is a very small and quaint villa, only 3 rooms, I believe, so you definitely get personal service.

    It is located in a quiet town with sufficient support. The place is also near to many locations of attractions west to Florence. The apartment is spacious for a couple. The parking (off-street communal area) is very near the apartment. The host is friendly and trying their best to help us.
