My sister and I stayed here for 6 nights and had a great stay. There are only 3 rooms in total, which we found very relaxing. There were great lounging options by the pool, an outdoor kitchen where you could cook your own food at any time and Francesca's homemade breakfast was fabulous. She made everything with so much love, we felt very comfortable

It's a big and clean space and has a charm. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. Mongiove is a very beautiful place to go swimming. We didn't figure out how to hike starting from Mongiove though. The house is close to the motorway but it didn't cause much noise. There is mosquitonets at the Windows, which was a big plus. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed lining was cotton, which is always great.

Since l got the first contact with the owner l had the feeling that this wasn't the typical unknown booking like God-Knows-where-we-will-end-up! Confirmation came few hours later when l met Domenico in person. He met us at the main gate and he gave us all the strategic infos about the place, site, logistics and food wise. He also reserved for us the best available room he had as the sund was about to go down and the sunset from that balcony was simply gorgeous. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the property is in a nice terraced block of flats. The interior is full of interesting details like beautiful Mediterranean landscapes and frames as well as great poems by italian and foreing authors. Domenico is extremely flexible and he is able to accommodate your needs in order to make your staying way higher than the average standard. I highly recommend Xenìa as your accommodation regardless if you are staying for a night or few days.

We really enjoyed the terrace (open to all guests), it is the perfect spot to relax after the beach or even have dinner. Also the host was super friendly and there was cold water in the fridge to drink for free. We highly recommend this accommodation!

    The sincere kindness of the owner Francesca was exceptional. The breakfast with all kind of homemade food made by Francesca was delicious. We loved to stay at the pool in a very private environment. Very practical to park the car without any extra cost on the premise. Grazie milles per tutto Francesca!
