Beautiful room - the design features made us feel that we were in some sort of wonderful dream. The bed is incredibly comfortable and we had a great sleep after a day of walking on the Magna Via Francigena. Wonderful helpful and friendly host. Location great, right on the main square in Grotte.

Our host was amazing and extremely helpful. After a long MVF walk the facilities were perfect and location excellent.We tried the host home made wine and given a super generous breakfast 😀 Lovely balcony was such a bonus

Room is of decent size, large balcony, many pillows to choose from so bed and pillows were comfortable. In the morning you can go to a nearby bar for a stuffed croissant but there are also some edibles in the apartment. There is a parking place behind the building but sometimes you have to go a bit further to find a spot. Wrap the shower hose around the tap because it's too heavy for the rail and bends down pointing the jet at the wall. Wifi signal is good throughout the room and bathroom. Host very friendly but does not speak English but basic communication possible via online translator. The place is a couple stairs up, no lift. Would stay again

The location is beautiful - situated at the top lf a scenic hill, very peaceful and quiet place, but close to the Valley of Temples. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable.

This is really a perfect place to stay with. Enjoy the panoramic country side view from the roof top. Each room has entrance to the huge roof. Planned, built and operated like a boutique hotel. Have to mention the staff... always ready to assist in efficient way and with a smile (recommendations on restaurants, SPA for massage treatment and even assistance with the directions on the map☺️). Thank you. 😍

Our host was exceptionally kind and charming! Although he didn't speak English, his warm personality and genuine hospitality more than made up for the language barrier. He made us feel welcome from the very start. The apartment itself was excellent – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A truly lovely experience that we'll always remember!
