They helped us in planning our visit to the caves (due to bad weather, few roads were closed), thanks to the kind lady at the reception, everything went well for us. + Room was big and clean + Restaurant downstairs was excellent and prices were quite fair + Breakfast was decent + Google maps showed us the right way too + Safe parking place available free of cost
