Beautiful and charming hotel, located in a very convenient spot by the main road and the center of town, with view of the mountains peaks while sitting in the garden. The staff is amazing: very friendy and warm. Excellent service provided at all times. The food at the restaurant is great as well and at a very reasonable price for the high quality served. We tried dinner once and we were blown away.

a perfect hotel. Very polite staff, a quiet, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom in perfect working order. Dinner was excellent and very reasonably priced. We were not prepared for the wellness facilities unfortunately but good to know for next time.

I have stayed in many a 5 star hotel but never been made to feel as welcome as at the Sayonara by the staff. They took a genuine interest in what were wanted and gave great advice on what to see in the area. The suite felt brand new and every part of the hotel was immaculately clean. Views over the mountains and the sound of cow bells. Breakfast and dinner were indulgent, providing much more than we needed. The breakfast choice was extensive. The spa and pool overlooking the mountains were a great experience and we had no problems booking massages. Massage rooms were fabulous and treatments much less than we paid elsewhere in the Dolomites. Would be very happy to stay again.

Good hotel in the center of the town. Parking in front of the hotel was handy. We had a good room with a nice balcony. But the best thing during our stay were the friendly people (especially the host of the hotel) and the food. Food was exceptionally good, both the dinner menu(s) and the huge breakfast buffet. What completely blew us away were the dessert buffets that were presented during the 2 nights that we ate at the hotel. The choice, quality and presentation were Michelin star quality (in our opinion). The 2 chefs working the kitchen are doing an amazing job. The bar with the live music and good aperitivo were a nice feature as well.

    Good location with wonderful view. Peaceful and calm. Nice and smily personnel, speaking English. Big rooms with kitchen on the last floor. Balcony with mountain view. Free parking and restaurant. But you have to book a table in advance on reception because it's quite cowdy in the evening. On the other side you can always use the bar with good drinks and wonderful beer.

    The ambience is welcoming. Walking distance to the center of the village. Staff very helpful. Room clean and with beautiful view. Dinner very good and reasonable priced. We went to two activities which the hotel organize...very interesting. We enjoyed our four days ...a getaway to our drives and walks in the Dolomites’. Parking in the grounds of the hotel...excellent. Hotel highly recommended.
