The apartment was clean and all necessary facilities were there. Good selection of packaged breakfast foods and drink. Set back of the road so no noise from traffic. Strong wi-fi. Good correspondence with owner to have code for key safe and instructions. Comfortable bed.

We booked this accommodation last minute on our way back to Germany. It is worth noting that entering the accommodation works with a code. This we found to be efficient, including the information we received from the owner/host after reservation was confirmed. The apartment was very spacious, beautiful renovated and clean. Air-condition in the extreme heat in Italy was truly welcome. We did not receive the wi-fi code but it was easy to figure it out and we only need one try before we got in. The windows face the street but you did not hear a sound in the room. Beautiful big open garden which our dog particular enjoyed and appreciated. Restaurants, supermarkets in very close vicinity.

Very easy contactless entry which worked for us being a very late arrival. Room was very clean. Beds and pillows very comfy and the bathroom was very new and the rainforest shower was great too. Had a lovely breakfast in the morning at the connected cafe. Everyone was very friendly, would highly recommend!

The apartment was just like in the pictures, which we appreciated a lot. Everything was clean, the amenities were everything we could have hoped for, and the best part, was the host. He did his best to ensure our independent check.in, and was very responsive when we had questions or issues.     The apartment is new and easily satisfies the requirements of a comfortable bed, has a fridge and freezer, air conditioning and private secure parking. Room number 5 is on the top, with uneven floor level and sloping ceiling. The access codes were sent via Booking.com message. Locate the unsigned gate to the property using street number 9, not number 5 as that brings you to the other side of the street. The air conditioning was able to cool the top-floor room during the heatwave.

    Everything about Hotel Campus is 10/10 Exceptional. From the initial check-in to the well equipped and smart accommodation. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall its amazing value for money. As a bonus, its also conveniently located too with plenty of free parking spaces right outside! If I'm in the area again I would definitely stay here again.
