Everything you could want was there. Aircon and fan was an appreciated necessity. Extras like some condiments , breadsticks water bottles in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer. Abundance of linen. Microwave was a bonus too. Got to watch prime tv. Great position to explore near by tourist attractions.

A beautiful house just 10 min driving from Modena and well located to explore the rest of the region. Rooms with charm, fully equipped and the common areas are very nice. Lei rooms is one of a kind experience. It is in a nature, surrounded by the smell of flowers and bird sounds. It is very pleasant. The staff is very kind. They left us the keys since we arrived very late. The room is clean and the whole concept is very good. You definitely need car to get there. Around are so tasty restaurants recommended by the staff. Will definitely come again here
