Extremely(!) friendly receptionists in the lobby, never been treated better by a hotel. The hotel gives me very trustworthy feel, everyone is of great character I met. I regret paying so little, the stay was rather affordable for such modern hotel in good location. If you come here, please be gracious on my behalf, thank you!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Miratorre Superior in Pisa. The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern design, high-end electrical outlets, and a brand-new bathroom. Everything was quiet and comfortable, and the AC was excellent—perfectly cold during the hot summer. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the warm croissants and freshly brewed espresso. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

The hotel was great – excellent location in the city center, delicious food, and kind staff. I highly recommend it to everyone.

They kindly let us park our motorcycle around the side of the hotel, which was covered by CCTV. Breakfast was great, a large selection. Nothing was to much trouble and although we didn't use it, the roof top pool looked lovely.

AR Suites&Art terletak di Bergamo, 4-minit berjalan kaki dari Centro Congressi Bergamo dan kurang dari 1 km dari Teatro Donizetti Bergamo. Because everything was perfect the staff was very friendly, the hall and the room were comfortable and very clean, and the location was in a strategic position. Whenever we return to Bergamo, the only place we will definitely stay is AR Suites & Art. You are the best! Thank you again!

The hotel is in a gated area. We felt secure and safe. Parking was included. Nice breakfast spread daily. The staff was exceptional. Our host was waiting on a group checking in and noticed me patiently waiting until he was done, but he stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help me! Large room and bath.

Amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean, and the fragrance throughout the hotel was wonderful. They gave me an upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! 😍The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was huge, modern, and included a bidet. I stayed only one night, but it was a great experience. If I return to beautiful Venice, I will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect—just a 3–4 minute walk to the water taxi station and about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. The hotel is in a quiet area, with a restaurant and a small grocery store nearby.
