Brand new and modern hotel with excellent location near train station and bus stop from airport. If you come lete need to pre-book late check in for additional costs, but anyway it is best choice we had in Bergamo.

I really like how automated the hotel is. the room is modern, clean, very nice. there is everything we need, even a coffee machine with coffee, room slippers and bathroom accessories. For such a price, I have never seen such a high level of service. Flawless!

The apartment was spacious and well fitted. The parking was easy and felt very safe Customer service was very helpful however where unable to provide a map or suggestions of things to do rather directed us to information centre which is fair enough.

Everything ! I can normally find fault with just about anything - but I'm struggling here. Petronilla is a small boutique hotel in a quiet street close to the centre of the lower town. It is well positioned to walk up to the older, picturesque upper town (or for the funicular). The hotel is well appointed and comfortable - we were upgraded, so all rooms may not be quite as good as ours: spacious, tastefully decorated with a vast bed and equally huge bathroom. The road outside was very quiet at night for a city centre - even on the night Atalanta beat AC Milan. Breakfast was outstanding (I would particularly recommend the cheese omelette). But what really stands out here is the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who were all absolutely outstanding. Many thanks to you all - now where is that sixth star when you need it ?

Our stay here was definitely a plus. This place is a must if you love rich Italian interiors with a touch of modernity. Very comfortable bed, beautiful stone bathroom, great view from the window to the small square and lovely hosts. All this in the center of Citta Alta, yet the nights were peaceful here. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and helpful. - the hotel seems to be brand -new. It is a very state-of-the -art hotel. The surrounding area is in the middle of a reconstruction phase. Once this is finished, the hotel will definitely benefit. All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect communication with the owners. Easy access to Old Town resp. direct bus line No.1 to the airport (about 15 mins walk downhill resp.20 mins uphill to the bus stop). One parking lot available by appartment house, other free parking lots closeby (1 min.walk distance). We stay in PONENTE appartment (1st floor). The photos of appartment on Booking.com match the reality. Very cosy place to stay. Carrefour store is 7 mins walk away - open 24/7. Good restaurant "Il Roccolino" is 2 mins walk - very well recomended by locals.

Amazing stay at Le Muraine! The rooms were very clean and the AC worked without issue. It was also very easy to have more information by calling (check-in, parking,…). We luckily managed to always get a parking spot in the free parking lot in front of the hotel. It was definitely one of our best stay for this range of price!

A beautifully renovated old building, cozy room, very friendly, communicative and helpful stuff and very important: secure parking lot. Location ideal for an easy walk to Citta Alta and a wonderful terrace for evening relaxation. It˙'s a pity that we have stayed just for a night.
